Wine-making: Rosé produced by simply letting the first merlot grapes to drain. Controlled alcoholic fermentation at low temperature.
Aging: In stainless steel tank.
Tasting
It combines all the expectations of a pleasure rosé thanks to its pale and brilliant color worthy of the Rosé of Provence. Its delicate aromatic expression on flowery and white peach notes, as well as its liveliness, make it the perfect companion for your aperitifs and sunny summer meals.
